As you stand on the hilltop between routes 1 and 2, you survey the area beyond. As far as you can see, the route is a maze of interwinding passages and canyons carved by the wind-borne sand. All below and ahead is hazy in the constant sandstorm. With a sigh, you take your first steps down the slope and into the whirling sandstorm. You soon arrive at a fork in the road, the path ahead split into three identically-sized canyons. The leftmost fork curves gently to the left and then sharply to the right, and you cannot see beyond the corner. The center fork leads dead-straight as far as you can see, but the blowing sand obscures your view further. The right-hand fork seems to vanish shortly after what you can see where you stand, the canyon beyond a mere void filled with swirling debris. Which will you choose? -sandragon13

Sitting down to think of the information. After awhile, of looking, the middle road was out of the question, it looks like a endless stright line boring! So between the left and right path, the curiousness finally gave in to the right path and what made it disappear all of a sudden. "Lets go guys were going down the right path."

You approach the edge of what you can see of the right-hand path, and notice that the path slopes steeply downward, dropping away at such a pitch that it looked like it was invisible from where you were before. The canyon walls rise high above you on either side as you descend the steep path. Eventually, the path bottoms out, and as you look up, you can only see a thin strip of the sky between the towering rock walls. With nowhere left to go but forward you march straight into the blowing sandstorm. After a minute or so, you hear a rattling noise from the rock face to your left...a lv. 4 Ekans has reared from its resting spot and is shaking its rattling tail at you as a threat display. -sandragon13

Spud dashes forward and slashes at the Ekans with its gleaming claws. The Ekens, however, manages to dodge the attack, but just barely. It slithers back around and whips its long purple tail out toward Spud, attempting to Wrap it. Spud manages to jump out of the way of the full attack, but the Ekans' tail grabs hold of one of Spud's feet, tripping it. The snake pokemon rears up, ready to strike again...

Spud dodge the attack by rolling, and try to grasp the ekans in your talons so you can scratch it and it not get away.

The Ekans lunges, launching a Poison Sting attack as it does. Spud rolls and barely misses the attack, but jumps back qiuckly and manages to seize the Ekans in his claws, unleashing a point blank Scratch attack! The Ekans thrashes in pain, breaking free from Spud's claws. It rears back and lets loose another Poison Sting attack, a few small spikes spraying forth from it's mouth towards Spud...
