Finally leaving the bizarre adventures of the last route behind me, I pass the gateway into Ancient City. Wiping the dust off of my pants as I walk, I look for the Pokemon Center to heal up and switch my team. -sandragon13

OOC: Tell me how did on this Poke-center
As you walk in the Nurse Joy notices you and she and her chansey walk towards you.
"Would you like to heal your pokemon" she said cheerfully, pointing to the counter, "Or change your pokemon?" this time she pointed to the *Uhh sanddragon...What is thwe exchanging machine called...?*

(Just a computer is fine) I thank Nurse Joy for her help and hand her my six Pokeballs, which she takes back to the machine behind the counter. A short time later, the spheres are bathed in a pure white light, as the pokemon inside are healed of their wounds. That done, they are returned to me and I head to the PC for a bit of a team update. *Updating team...* Now that that's done, I think I'll take a quick spin around town before I head to the gym. -sandragon13

You take a walk around the old town. You see trainers walking with their pokemon on the stone walking paths and few children flying kites that look like different pokemon. As you turn a corner you hear a big explosion. You turn the corner to see a man, tall and thin with sun glasses, messy black hair and a black bandana around his mouth and nose, with a Alakazam by his side running from the game corner. The pokemon's hands are full of sacks money. Follewed by this is a cop with two Arcanine by his side. By the looks of it they seem KOed. "Get that man!" the short, fat cop with a mustache calls. You don't know what to do, but the mans coming your way!

Panzer's Ice Beam encrusts the surrounding ground with ice. The oncoming man and pokemon are trapped in the icy barrage and become encased in ice from the waist down.
The man frantically tries to free himself as the cops draw closer. His Alakazam makes easy work of the ice and shatters the pieces using Psychic.
The Alakazam runs head onto you, and tossing both bags of money aside, uses Psychic on Panzer!

(Tell me how I did on this. was I justified in my actions?)
As the mighty Panzer fires the two powerful blasts of water from its shoulder cannons, the Alakazam teleports to the left! As he materializes, the bank robber shouts, "Bring that beast down, my boy! We haven't much time!" The Alakazam focuses its attentions on Panzer and raises its twin spoons. Waves of Psychic energy strike out at Panzer...

Panzer, quick! Fire a Water Pulse at the approaching Psychic waves to cancel them out, and in that moment strike with an Ice Beam to the face! -sandragon13

Panzer lets loose a torrent of raging water from it's twin cannons at the attack. The two forces meet, colliding with a blast of water droplets and a rainbow splash of energy. As per your instructions, Panzer lowers one of his cannons and fires a powerful Ice Beam attack at the Alakazam before the blast fades. But as the ice beam hurtles toward the attacker, another attack, a Psybeam, hits it dead on!!!
This trainer has obviously trained it's partner well, the Alakazam saw right through your simple tactic. However, Panzer is stronger, and the Ice Beam plows through the Psybeam, and finds it's mark. The Alakazam looks down at it's spoons, which are bent and covered with ice, as well as it's hands. It snaps an angry glare up as Panzer and uses Kenisis to restore it's main weapons, but Panzer is not affected by the move...
