As I strolled into town with my gangsta lean, I began to look around at the surrounding shops. I noticed a Pokemon Center to my far right and dashed over to it to heal my team and switch out my team. After healing my team up I swap as followed:
Lil' Porkchop ---> Cubone Riddick ---> Prophet Jolt ---> Treeko
I then head over to the Gym and walk through the doors.

The Gym's interior is quiet, and your footsteps echo over the rough-hewn floor and off of the rocky walls. "Oi, what's all this then?" A voice, sharp and irritating, rings through the room. You look up to the top of the flight of stairs before you, and see a trainer of about 15 standing with her arms folded. "I suppose you're ere for the Gym challenge, eh?" asks the girl. "If yew wants to challenge Gym Leader Andrew, yell have to get trew may first! She descends the steps and stands on the opposite side of the battlefield, hand on the pokeballs at her waist. "Do you accept?" -sandragon13

"I accept." I grab the pokeball containing Treeko and shout out "Go Treeko!" as he appears before me in a flash of light.

Abby responds with a wily smile and pulls a ball from her belt. "Go, Trapinch!" she shouts, as the Ant Lion pokemon emerges, swinging its massive jaws around threateningly. Let the battle begin! -sandragon13

"Treeko rush at it with Aerial Ace then try and sap it with a Mega Drain!"

Treeko rushes in with Aerial Ace, but Trapinch digs underground just in time to dodge. Mega Drain fails as well. The ground under Treeko, however, begins to swirl slowly... -sandragon13

"Treeko speed up your jump with an Aerial Ace, Then Mega Drain it from above!"

Aerial Ace sends Treeko skyward, straight up above the increasingly-swirling ground. As the Wood Gecko pokemon reaches the height of its jump, Trapinch emerges and opens its massive jaws wide, the radius ground around it entering full Sand Tomb speed! Treeko begins to sap energy from Trapinch while falling, while the Ground-type merely waits for its reptilian foe to plummet into its jaws! Trapinch: 30/36 -sandragon13

"Use Aerial Ace to get away from its jaw, then slam it from the side with a Pound." I shout as Treeko fall increases in speed

Treeko tries to Aerial Ace out of the way, but since it has nothing to jump off of, it is only able to narrowly dodge Trapinch's maw. It hits the ground next to the Ant Lion pokemon, on the very edge of the whirling Sand Tomb! Treeko grabs onto the top side of Trapinch's jaws, safe from its powerful bite, but is unable to pull its tail free from the quicksand for Pound! Better try something, and quick! -sandragon13

Treeko, at great risk, lowers its head and Leers right into Trapinch's eyes, lowering its defense stat one notch. Before Trapinch can throw Treeko from its back, the Wood Gecko unleashes a point-blank Mega Drain attack, completly draining Trapinch's energy and KOing it in one shot! Treeko gets a level, as the Sand Tomb swirls to a halt and rehardens into its original form. Abby recalls the fainted ground-type, mouth agape at Treeko's high-risk and gutsy takedown. After a moment, however, she regains her composure, and sends out her other Pokemon, a lv. 10 Sandshrew. The Mouse pokemon cracks its neck, quietly hissing at Treeko. -sandragon13

"Treeko rush in at it with an Aerial Ace, Then when you get close enough to it Mega Drain it!" Treeko nods and bends down on its left hand as if a track runner is about to run a race and dashes off into invisibility.

Treeko vanishes into a blur as it uses Aerial Ace to make a super-fast approach! Sandshrew, however, uses Defense Curl, then Rollout-s out of the way before Mega Drain can strike! -sandragon13

"Treeko wait till Sandshrew attacks you, dodge it to the side and grab it for a Mega Drain!" Treeko nods towards me
