Both of you dive into the crystal-clear water, which is pleasently warm from the desert sun above the sparkling surface. With Mudkip by your side, you swim down, but soon remember that you aren't a Water-type and must breathe air! You try to swim to the surface but it is too far, and you feel your limbs weakening by the second! Expecting that this is your last moment, you release the air from your lungs...and yet, you don't expire!
You find that though you can swim in the water like any other body of water, you are still able to breathe as easily as if you were on land! As you look around you, you marvel at the beauty of the aquatic Pokemon that swim around you! A school of Goldeen swim by, a Krabby marches sideways along the sandy bottom. You remember a legend you once heard...that some kind of ruin lies at the bottom of the Oasis... -sandragon13

Ook then... Mudkip, let's search for these ruins!

You swim for a while...when a bluish flashing light catches your eye. Glancing over, you can see a Finneon level 24 swimming toward you! -sandragon13

Mudkip swims rapidly toward Finneon, but the pokemon is able to dodge. It uses Safeguard. -sandragon13

Go to the Sea's floor and use Mud-Slap! Then use another Tackle!

Mudkip swims to the seafloor and sends a handful of mud into the water, clouding the water and lowering Finneon's accuracy! Mudkip, however, is well-adapted to swimming in dirty water, and lands a strong tackle on Finneon! Finneon: 75/96 -sandragon13

I wonder if my other pokemon can breathe under here, too...
Mudkip, use a Mud-Slap again!

(Only water-types, sorry...) Mudkip further clouds the water, and Finneon uses Flash! -sandragon13

Again, Mudkip throws sand and soot into the water, leaving Finneon totally disoriented! Mudkip fires the first of five Ice Balls into the cloudy water, nailing Finneon for NVE damage. Finneon: 70/96 -sandragon13

Finneon takes the larger Ice Ball head first and knocks it out of the way, taking some damage. It begins to to get closer to Mudkip and uses Psybeam.
Finneon: 63/96

You dodge the attack and manage to slap Finneon with a Mud Slap lowering its Accuracy, but before Ice Ball can be formed Finneon uses Agility and bursts off towards you with a Pound hitting Mudkip.
Mudkip: 55/60 Finneon: 60/96
